JEFFRY M. KARLS

Mr. Karls is a partner at the firm, which specializes in workers' compensation defense litigation. Mr. Karls has experience handling all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation, including serious and willful misconduct and 132a claims. Mr. Karls also has experience at the trial and appellate level, including conducting oral arguments before the court of appeals on the case of Delores Pugh v. County of Los Angeles.
Prior to working for Lower & Kesner, Mr. Karls was a senior associate at Pierce & Weiss. Mr. Karls also has vast experience outside of the legal field in management positions for large national corporations.
Mr. Karls is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in May 2005 and the University of California at San Diego where he received his B.A. in 1998.
