Mr. Prosin is an associate at the firm, specializing in workers’ compensation defense.  Mr. Prosin has been practicing CA workers’ compensation defense exclusively for the last 18 years, with experience handling all aspects of CA workers’ compensation defense litigation from the case inception through all aspects of medical-legal discovery and to settlement, or litigated disposition with the WCAB.

Prior to working for Lower & Kesner, LLP, Mr. Prosin was an associate attorney for Stockwell, Harris Los Angeles for over 17 years, handling all aspects of CA workers’ compensation defense, representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured public and private entities, and professional employment organizations (PEO).

 

Mr. Prosin is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2000, and University of California Riverside where he received his B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science in 1997.

 

Mr. Prosin, having handled multiple thousands of cases to date, understands the value of client and opponent communication, with an eye for any early chance at resolution or mitigation, along with ensuring proactive and protective discovery along the entire litigation process.

 

Mr. Prosin was admitted to practice law in California in December of 2001.
