Ms. Contreras is a partner at the firm, which specializes in workers' compensation defense litigation. Ms. Contreras has experience handling all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation.
Prior to working for Lower & Kesner, Ms. Contreras was a senior associate at Fellman & Associates. Ms. Contreras also has experience in employment law, including sexual harassment, racial discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
Ms. Contreras is a graduate of University of California at Los Angeles School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in May 2003 and Occidental College where she received her B.A. in 2000.
Ms. Contreras strives for the most efficient and cost-effective course of action in each case. Ms. Contreras aggressively aims for the best resolution for each case dependent on the facts at every stage of litigation.
