Mr. Chien is an associate at the firm, who specializes in workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Chien hasbeen practicing CA workers’ compensation defense for the last 11 years.

 

Prior to working for Lower & Kesner, LLP, Mr. Chien was an associate and partner at two state-wide defense firmsrepresenting insurance carriers, third party administrators, and a national professional employment organization (PEO).

 

A graduate of the University of California San Diego in 2006, Mr. Chien received his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law in 2010.

 

Mr. Chien is an avid sports fan and animal lover. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family in his free time.
