During the course of his time in civil litigation he took several cases to jury trials and achieved multiple defense verdicts.

Mr. Hoskins strongly believes in client communication and will tailor his strategy to the client’s goals. He is always aware of litigation costs and will look for a chance to bring the case to closure at all stages, if at all possible. However, he also understands that there are times when the only logical course of action is to take a case through trial.
Mr. Hoskins was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1992.
