Esther Kim is an associate at Lower & Kesner LLP, which specializes in workers’ compensation defense.  Ms. Kim has experience representing third party administrators, insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and professional employer organizations in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation including discrimination claims under Labor Code section 132a, Serious & Willful claims and the resolution of lien claims. 

 

Ms. Kim is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2009, and UCLA where she received her B.A. in Psychology in 2005.

 

Ms. Kim is committed to cost-effective defense of claims from inception through resolution in order to limit exposure and achieve litigation cost savings for the client.  She does this through responsive and meaningful communication with her clients, proactive file handling and building rapport with all parties.

 

Ms. Kim was admitted to practice law in the state of California in June of 2010.
