THEODORE WENZEL

Mr. Wenzel is an associate attorney at the firm, which specializes in workers' compensation defense litigation. Mr. Wenzel has experience handling all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation from inception to closure.
Prior to working for Lower & Kesner, LLP, Mr. Wenzel was an associate attorney at Ostendorf, Tate, Barnett & Wells, LLP and most recently at the Law Offices of Richard S. Powell & Associates.
Mr. Wenzel is a graduate from Pepperdine University School of Law, wherein, he received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2002 and the University of California, at Irvine, wherein, he received his B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society in 1999.
Mr. Wenzel strives for the most efficient and cost-effective course of action in each case, while tailoring the defense to the needs of each client. Mr. Wenzel aggressively aims for the best resolution of each case at every stage of litigation.
Mr. Wenzel was admitted to practice in 2003 in all State Courts and the Federal Court, Southern District in 2004.
